Send a DMCA counter-notice

Read this before you file. A counter-notice is a legal document. We are required to send a copy, including your name, postal address and telephone number, to the person who made the original claim. If they file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, your content stays down; if they do not, we restore it. Knowingly misrepresenting that material was removed by mistake carries liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are not sure, talk to a lawyer first.
